Neurographica, also known as Neurographic Art, is a creative method that combines drawing with mindfulness to facilitate personal transformation and stress relief. Developed in 2014 by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, this practice is designed to help individuals access their subconscious thoughts and emotions through structured drawing exercises.
This class is facilitated by Jeanna (Gigi) Fearon, Neurographica Specialist, who studied and become certified under Pavel Piskarev, the founder of the method.
