November Topic: “Protection & Boundaries: Staying Grounded Through the Holidays”
✨ Learn to maintain energetic and emotional balance during the intensity of the holiday season: how to protect your energy and set compassionate boundaries. We will create a tangible reminder of your personal power by creating an intention jar.
Supplies Needed:
A glass jar - you can recycle something from your kitchen
Sharpies or alcohol markers
Collage materials such as tissue paper or magazine pictures
Mod podge or watered down glue (with a brush to apply to glass)
Any decorative items such as gems, shells, feathers, rocks, etc.
